2. USERS

Access to and/or use of this portal owned by Lc Lawyers confers the status of USER, who accepts, from such access and/or use, the General Terms and Conditions of Use set out herein. These Terms and Conditions shall apply regardless of any General Terms and Conditions of Contract that may be mandatory.

3. USE OF THE PORTAL

Lc Lawyers provides access to a wide range of information, services, programmes or data (hereinafter, “the content”) on the Internet belonging to Lc Lawyers or to its licensors, to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to any registration required to access certain services or content.

During registration, the USER shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a result of this registration, the USER may be provided with a password, for which they shall be responsible, undertaking to use it diligently and confidentially.

Lc Lawyers reserves the right to remove any comments or contributions that violate respect for human dignity, are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist or pornographic, that threaten youth or children, public order or public safety, or which, in its opinion, are not suitable for publication. In any case, the Lc Lawyers website shall not be responsible for opinions expressed by users through forums, chats or other participation tools.

4. DATA PROTECTION

Lc Lawyers complies with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December approving the implementing regulations thereof, and all other applicable legislation in force at any given time, and ensures the proper use and processing of users’ personal data.

Lc Lawyers, either directly or as an assignee, holds all intellectual and industrial property rights to its website, as well as to the elements contained therein (by way of example: images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.), which are owned by Lc Lawyers or its licensors. All rights reserved.

Pursuant to Articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Spanish Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution and public communication, including making available to the public, of all or part of the content of this website for commercial purposes, on any medium and by any technical means, without the authorisation of Lc Lawyers, are expressly prohibited.

The USER undertakes to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights owned by Lc Lawyers. The USER may view the elements of the portal and even print, copy and store them on their computer’s hard drive or any other physical medium, provided that this is done solely and exclusively for personal and private use. 12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The relationship between Lc Lawyers and the USER shall be governed by current Spanish legislation, and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Valencia.
