Lc Lawyers has a duty to inform users of its website about the collection of personal data that may be carried out either by sending emails or by completing the forms included on the website. In this regard, Lc Lawyers shall be considered the data controller of the data collected through the means described above.

Likewise, Lc Lawyers informs users that the purpose of processing the collected data includes: responding to requests made by users, inclusion in the contact database, provision of services, and management of the commercial relationship.

Operations, procedures and technical processes, whether automated or non-automated, that enable the collection, storage, modification, transfer or any other action involving personal data are considered to constitute the processing of personal data. All personal data collected through the Lc Lawyers website, and therefore subject to personal data processing, shall be incorporated into the files declared by Lc Lawyers before the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

3. Disclosure of information to third parties

Lc Lawyers informs users that their personal data will not be transferred to third-party organisations, except where such transfer is required by a legal obligation or where the provision of a service requires a contractual relationship with a data processor. In the latter case, the transfer of data to the third party shall only take place where Lc Lawyers has obtained the user’s explicit consent.

4. Users’ rights

Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data grants data subjects the right to exercise a number of rights relating to the processing of their personal data, insofar as such data are processed by Lc Lawyers. To exercise these rights, the user must submit a written request, together with documentation proving their identity (national identity card or passport), to the following address: Lc Lawyers, Paseo de la Alameda, 54 Dup, 4 – 2, Valencia, La Zaidia, 46023, or to the address that may replace it in the General Data Protection Register. Such communication must include the following information: the user’s full name, the specific request being made, the user’s address and supporting identification details.

The exercise of these rights must be carried out by the user themselves. However, they may also be exercised by a duly authorised legal representative, in which case documentation proving such representation must be provided.
